Lorneta is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice with Therapy Associates. She enjoys working with children and families; helping them to build loving, healthy, and lasting relationships.

She specializes in working with children who have experienced early childhood trauma from maltreatment, abandonment, or have adoption issues. She works with families and foster families to discover what lies under the behavioral problems to help their children heal from past trauma.

Lorneta completed her undergraduate work at Utah State University and graduate work at the University of Utah. She is currently finishing her doctoral degree in organizational psychology at the University of the Rockies.  She has an advanced certification as an Equine Assisted Psychotherapist (EAP) and conducts individual, family, and group sessions with her husband who is an Equine Specialist.
